Sithembiso Idisi

Sithembiso has more than twenty-five years' financial services experience which includes actuarial, management information, banking, operations and analytics as well as investment management and administration. Before joining Pi Invest, Sithembiso worked at Momentum Outcomes Based Solutions heading up the Pricing & Technical division. She has been with Pi Invest for 12 years as the head of operations and analytics, and now as the chief operating officer and executive director.

Itumeleng Mojaki

Portfolio Manager (Fixed Income)

Itumeleng has ten years’ experience in the financial services which includes, investment advisory, investment management, fund management and portfolio management. Itumeleng started his career at Sanlam SFA and spent a year there. Before joining Pi Invest, Itumeleng worked at Balondolozi Investment Services, heading up the Fixed Income team. Itumeleng joined Pi as of June 2024 as the Head of Fixed Income Strategies.

Tatum Starkey

Tatum Starkey is the portfolio manager of local and global equities at Pi. Her role involves meticulously analysing listed companies in the local and offshore space. Tatum has over a decade of professional experience, 9 of them in the investment profession covering multi-asset funds, property funds, equity analysis, credit and portfolio management.

Beniam Yibas

Quantitative Analyst

BSc (Actuarial Science and Financial Mathematics)

Beniam graduated with a BSc in Actuarial Science in 2022 and has been working in the financial services industry for just over a year. He has already made notable contributions in data analytics and financial management. He is committed to growing within the industry and is actively progressing with his ASSA board exams. Since joining Pi Investment Managers, Beniam has demonstrated a strong dedication to learning and development, contributing to different projects in the team.

Itumeleng Moseamo

Fixed Income Analyst

Itumeleng joined Pi Investment Managers in 2024 as a Fixed Income Analyst and has developed strong exposure across fixed income and equities. Prior to joining Pi, she worked at Standard Bank within the Global Markets unit. She also formed part of the FEZEKA Graduate Program, completing rotations at STANLIB and the Public Investment Corporation. At Pi, Itumeleng supports the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Itumeleng holds a BCom in Investment Management.

Refilwe Dipheko

Equity Analyst

CFA Level 3 Candidate

Refilwe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Investment Management. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2022 at Momentum Financial Planning. She then joined the Vunani-Coronation Equity Analyst Training Program in 2024, where she gained valuable equity analysis experience. In 2025, she joined Pi Investment Managers as an Equity Analyst, where she supports the Equities Portfolio Manager with both local and offshore equity research and analysis.

Khensani Macheke

Quantitative Analyst

BSc (Actuarial Science and Financial Mathematics)

Khensani graduated with a BSc Actuarial and Financial Mathematics in 2022. She began her career as a Data Analyst at Pi Investment Managers in 2025 and has gained valuable experience since joining. Khensani is committed to professional growth within the financial services industry and is currently completing her board exams with the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
